  8. Files created in Ami Pro 2.0 containing HPGL files display the HPGL image in 
  9. Ami Pro 3.0 with incorrect graphics scaling.

  11. SOLUTION:
  12.  
  13. An updated file AMIIMAGE.DLL, which can be obtained from Lotus will correct 
  14. this problem.  The file is available electronically from the Lotus WPD 
  15. bulletin board at 404-395-7707 and [Ami Pro - TechNotes] on the LotusWP 
  16. CompuServe forum.  Download the file IMGDLL.EXE from either location.  
  17. AMIIMAGE.DLL is also available on disk from the Lotus WPD Customer Service 
  18. Department.  Call 404-399-5505 and request the updated AMIIMAGE.DLL file.

  20. HOW TO INSTALL AMIIMAGE.DLL
  21.  
  22.   1. Exit Ami Pro if it is loaded.
  23.   2. In the Windows Program Manager, run File Manager.
  24.   3. Copy the file AMIIMAGE.DLL to the Ami Pro program directory (for example, 
  25.      the modified file may be on a floppy disk in the A drive and the Ami Pro 
  26.      program directory may be on the hard drive at C:\AMIPRO).  AMIIMAGE.DLL 
  27.      is contained within the self-extracting file IMGDLL.EXE if you obtained 
  28.      it electronically.
  29.   4. Press ALT + F4 to close the File Manager.
  30.   5. Load Ami Pro.  HPGL images in existing files will now display correctly.

  32. Note:  Until the update AMIIMAGE.DLL file is obtained, you can correctly 
  33. display HPGL images by changing the Graphics Scaling for any frame in which an 
  34. HPGL file does not display correctly.  To do this, select the frame, choose 
  35. Frame / Graphics Scaling, select "Percentage" or "Custom", enter the 
  36. percentage or height and width for the HPGL image, and choose OK.  This 
  37. procedure will need to be done for each frame that does not display the image 
  38. correctly until you receive the modified AMIIMAGE.DLL file.
